We had such a great stay! We spent every night in the hot tub looking for the lights and talking about the days adventures. We got super lucky and saw the lights every night! The location could not have been any better based on the fact we were in the hunt for waterfalls. It was very centrally located. Not too far from all the sights but far enough from light pollution for the northern lights. The house was comfy. We had everything we needed - towels, cooking supplies, robes and slippers! Such a nice added touch. The property manager was readily available to answer any questions we had. This was an amazing first experience in Iceland.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. We were able to stay in one of the nights we were there and cook a delicious meal so we could just enjoy the peaceful surroundings and comfortable interior of this well appointed house. It was hard to leave! Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Was a wonderful place! The location can’t be beat as it’s close to all of the attractions. The guidebook was wonderful and the host was ultra responsive anytime we had questions. Would absolutely stay there again.

It is in a very convenient location, plenty free parking around the property. Bed is super comfortable. TV has Netflix etc. bathroom on smaller side which is a little bit of a struggle but you get used to it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Reykholt! The location was excellent — situated in a quiet, gated community and perfectly placed for exploring all the main attractions of the Golden Circle. We used it as a base to explore the area and even did a day trip to the south of Iceland, which was very manageable from this spot. The house itself was very spacious, easily accommodating our family of five with plenty of room to relax. It was filled with natural light and had stunning views of the surrounding landscape, which made our stay even more special. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, it was a lovely feature and would be perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent — they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a great house in a great location. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 stayed in this home in August 2025 and it was a great amount of space for us. Large bedrooms, large bathroom, driveway with parking, and a washer and dryer was a bonus! Restaurants and shops are all walkable. Beautiful church bells ring nearby. Nokkvi was very helpful during our stay!

We had a great stay here! The home was comfortable and cozy and the host was very welcoming and communicative. There is a great grocery store just around the corner and it was so nice to have access to a washer and dryer to get some clothes clean! Very walkable to restaurants and the center while still being quiet at night. Highly recommend this spot!

Very spacious unit! Facilities were on point. Heater was properly working. Parking was free. Quiet neighborhood. Pantry was filled up, it's really the spirit of not wasting food/supplies, i believe it's the excess from previous guests. Tried to book it again on our return after the ring road, unfortunatelty it's already booked. Generally, it feels like a home away from home. Would gladly booked again if the time comes we would return in Iceland.

This was a great place for our group to stay for a few days and explore Iceland. Auðveldleiga was very helpful with suggestions and responded quickly to any of our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. We were even able to see the aurora borealis from the parking lot!
